Update scripts and make them work on Ubuntu 20.04 with ros-noetic.

Note: There are still three packages that we need that have not been released to noetic. Hence there is no noetic compatibility for this setup until they have been released. However, the scripts should now have the necessary changes.

The unreleased packages and affected packages are:

  • wsg_50_simulation: pr2_controller_manager
  • reaslsense2_camera: librealsense2
  • bh_moveit: moveit_ros_visualization
  • iiwa_moveit: moveit_ros_visualization

The noetic release of moveit is scheduled for 15 July, see here. pr2_controller_manager is unmaintained according to the wiki and will probably not be released to noetic. librealsense2 will probably be released to noetic but as of now it is not known when.
